After many false starts with other vendors, I can attest to the fact that Associated Services are the best. They went above and beyond in many respects. For example, 1. the team found a gas leak as well as a water leak under our house. They paused their work so we could have those problems fixed. This might seem like a routine response. However, we had another company also work on our crawl space and they never noticed these problems. Plus, they left the place a mess. They figured we’re elderly and will never go under our house, which is true. 2. Associated Services cleaned up the messes left by others: 8 to 10 huge bags’ worth. 3. They take extensive photos of the job after they are done so we can see the work. No one else has done that. 4. Their prices are very fair and way below others who have done this work for us before. 5. They are so thorough, I don’t think we’ll need to have this work done again for a very long time. Its easy to give Joe Walsh and his company, Associated Services Cleaning and Restoration, five stars. If there were more stars, he would get them too. We had an issue with moisture from the crawlspace that was cupping the oak flooring and we needed a solution that would be a permanent one as we were getting ready to sell the house.
